The most important medicinal properties of propolis are the effects of antibiotical, anti-fungal, anti-viral and anti-bacterial. The effects can be used in the treatment of acne and burble. For ease of use and increased efficiency of the medicinal properties of propolis extract, it can be used as a pharmaceutical cream. The purpose of this study was to determine the effects of acne treatment creams containing propolis extracts. To prepare propolis extracts10%, alcohol (ethanol 70%) extraction method was used.. To prepare the cream of propolis extracts, a cream base in the pharmacies was used. Propolis extract was added to the cream base, with ratios of 1, 3, and 5%. Each cream on the 20 gr, was used at the disposal of at least 20 patients with acne. The creams were used on the face 2 times a day throughout of treatment, maximum in three months. A questionnaire was given to each patient to respond to the questions after using the creams. After collecting the questionnaires and data analysis using descriptive statistics, results showed that the average patients' satisfaction of 1, 3 and 5% propolis cream was 41.3, 68.3 and 86.4 percent, respectively. In addition, side effects were not reported by patients. Also, some patients with malignant complications of acne that chemotherapy were not treated, at least two weeks after use of propolis cream, fully recovered. As a result, use of 5% propolis cream had the best effect on the treatment of acne
