کاربرد فرآورده های زنبور عسل در پزشکی

چکیده
استفاده از محصولات زنبور عسل در پزشکی به خصوص عسل به هزاران سال پیش بر می­گردد که در مصر باستان، یونان و چین از آن استفاده می­شده است. در بسیاری از کتب مذهبی مانند ودا، انجیل و قرآن، برای عسل قدرت دارویی و خواص تغذیه ای ذکر شده است. خواص دارویی موم و بره موم از دیرباز مطرح بوده و ژل رویال و زهر زنبور عسل نیز در سال های اخیر مورد توجه قرار گرفته است. ترکیباتی مانند عسل، گرده و ژل رویال از نقطه نظر تامین نیازهای غذایی نیز اهمیت ویژه ای دارند. در ارتباط با استفاده از تولیدات زنبور عسل در پزشکی مدرن بایستی توجه داشت که قدرت درمانی فرآورده های زنبور عسل متنوع می باشد، فرآورده های زنبور عسل دارای خواصی هستند که مواد سنتتیک ندارند و برخلاف مواد سنتتیک دارای اثرات جانبی نمی­باشند. امروزه با افزایش سطح دانش عمومی استفاده از فرآورده های زنبور عسل افزایش خواهد یافت.
